Last week we hosted a great Oktoberfest party here at Intereum to say thank you to our clients for all the years of support. With this open house, we were also able to showcase the new Herman Miller Mirra 2 chair from Studio 7.5 of Berlin, Germay, and really open our doors to our newly renovated space. It was so fun to see everyone that came by!
Playing off of the Oktoberfest theme, all guests received an Intereum passport that guided them around to 5 different beer and cheese stations. We had wonderful combinations of locally brewed beers from Summit, Lucid, Excelsior, Indeed, and Flat Earth that were paired up with Gouda, Fontina, Emmentaler, Gruyere, and Blue cheeses. Delicious! Guests got their passports stamped at each station, which would qualify their entry into the prize drawing.
Mixed into the travels of Intereum’s Oktoberfest, we had the traditional game of Hammerschlagen setup for people to test their skills at, and for even more fun, a photo wall captured smiles and laughs as people put on Oktoberfest props and posed for the camera. Those who wanted to see if their hand at drawing could get them to win a new Mirra 2 took to our “Mirra, Mirra on the Wall” sketching contest. Many showed artistic talents but there could only be one winner!
We had 7 winners from our event, all which were awarded beautiful Herman Miller pieces, including the Mirra 2 and pieces from the Collection. Congratulations to them all!
Take some time to enjoy pictures from the evening’s festivities!
Special thanks to all those at Intereum who helped throw this tremendous party! Couldn’t have done it without everyone’s help.
The next day’s Hedgie Hour with employees kept in the spirit of Oktoberfest. Someone here, who we’ll choose to leave nameless, really pulled out his Bavarian side!
