Every time we service a client*, we send out a satisfaction survey requesting few quick questions: 

How was your experience with us?  Would you recommend us?  Will you do business with us again?

For every returned survey, we donate $5 to a non-profit organization.  The first two quarters of 2010, we donated to the Susan G Komen 3-Day for a Cure and Home for Life

Herman Miller tracks this information for all of their Certified Herman Miller Network Dealers.  Here are our results for 2010 so far with 166 surveys received:

Customer Satisfaction: 96.8%

Recommendation: 95.2%

Repeat Business: 98.3%

*Clients are eligible to receive surveys once every three months
